Muffuletta Ingredients
- 1 cup olive salad
- 1/4 oz Ham Thinly sliced
- 1/4 oz Genoa salami Thinly sliced
- 6 slices Provolone cheese
- 3 tbsp Romano cheese Grated, optional
Shape dough on a lightly floured surface to 18" x 12" rectangle.
Spread the olive loaf evenly over dough, leaving about an inch bare at the top.
Add the ham, genoa salami, and provolone cheese, also leaving one inch bare at the top of your dough.
Starting at the bottom, begin to roll dough into a log shape. At the end, pinch the dough together, sealing it.
Using a sharp knife, cut into 12 equal pieces and place in a 13" x 9" baking pan. Cover, and allow to rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reads 200 degrees F.
Remove from oven and place spirals on a wire rack to cool for 5 minutes.
Serve warm.
