Horseradish Sour Cream Roasted Asparagus
Horseradish Sour Cream Roasted Asparagus is a great side dish. It's especially nice during the holidays!
- 1 pound fresh asparagus spears
Horseradish Cream Sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons horseradish
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Clean, trim and pat dry the asparagus. Spread the asparagus out on the sheet pan in a single layer.
Roast the asparagus for 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, horseradish, and garlic salt.
Remove the pan from the oven and spoon the sauce mixture over asparagus.
Bake for another 4-5 minutes.
