1cupPlain Greek Yogurt(mayonaisse or sour cream)
2tbspExtra virgin olive oil
2tbspFresh lemon juice
1/2cupRough chopped fresh spinach
1/2cupRough chopped fresh basil
1/2cupRough chopped fresh dill
1/2cupRough chopped Italian flat leaf parsley
1Green onionrough chopped
1cloveGarlicrough chopped
1tspKosher salt
1/2tspGround black pepper
Instructions
Add the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, basil, spinach, dill, parsley, garlic, green onion, salt, and pepper to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice, 1/2 cup Rough chopped fresh spinach, 1/2 cup Rough chopped fresh basil, 1/2 cup Rough chopped fresh dill, 1/2 cup Rough chopped Italian flat leaf parsley, 1 Green onion, 1 clove Garlic, 1 tsp Kosher salt, 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
Notes
To thicken for a dip, stir in more Greek yogurt until the desired consistency is reached.
