Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Hot sauce more or less to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Dried parsley 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 13 oz Canned minced clams drained well, reserving some clam juice for later use
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, dried parsley, drained minced clams, kosher salt, and black pepper. Stir together until well combined.
    8 oz Cream cheese, 1/4 cup Sour cream, 1 clove Garlic, 1 tsp Lemon juice, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp Hot sauce, 1/4 tsp Dried parsley, 13 oz Canned minced clams, 1/4 tsp Kosher salt, 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Before serving, test for desired consistency, and add reserved clam juice if needed.

Notes

This recipe serves 6-8 people. If you would like to double the recipe, DO NOT double the salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Season to taste!
Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
