Ingredients

  • 24 Wonton wrappers
  • 2 cups Chicken cooked, shredded
  • 4 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/3 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles for garnish
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Place wonton wrappers in a mini muffin pan and bake 5 minutes.

  • Mix chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, and buffalo sauce in a bowl.
    2 cups Chicken, 4 oz Cream cheese, 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese, 1/3 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • Spoon about 1 tablespoon filling into each wonton cup.
  • Bake 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  • Garnish with blue cheese and chives. Serve immediately.
