- 16 oz Velveeta Cheese Queso Blanco version recommended, but regular works well too
- 8 oz Breakfast Sausage spicy version for extra heat, if preferred
- 10 oz Rotel spicy version optional
In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium-high heat until browned. For added flavor, let the sausage form a crust before breaking it into smaller pieces.

Cut the Velveeta cheese into cubes and place in a microwave-safe container.
16 oz Velveeta Cheese
Mix the Rotel with the cubed cheese. For a thicker dip, drain the Rotel; for a thinner consistency, use the liquid from the can.
10 oz Rotel
After the sausage is cooked and drained on paper towels, add it to the container with the cheese and Rotel.
Place the container in the microwave. Heat in one-minute intervals, stirring between each, until the cheese is fully melted and the ingredients are well combined.
Once heated through and combined, serve the dip warm with your choice of tortilla chips, bread, or veggies.
