Whipped Feta

- 12 oz Crumbled feta cheese
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Lemon zest
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- Kosher salt to taste
In the bowl of a food processor crumble the feta cheese, add the cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, and black pepper.
12 oz Crumbled feta cheese, 8 oz Cream cheese, 2 tbsp Olive oil, 3 tbsp Fresh lemon juice, 1/4 tsp Lemon zest, 1 clove Garlic, 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Pulse until it's very smooth and creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
