Ingredients

  • 12 oz Crumbled feta cheese
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • Kosher salt to taste

Instructions

  • In the bowl of a food processor crumble the feta cheese, add the cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, and black pepper.
    12 oz Crumbled feta cheese, 8 oz Cream cheese, 2 tbsp Olive oil, 3 tbsp Fresh lemon juice, 1/4 tsp Lemon zest, 1 clove Garlic, 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • Pulse until it's very smooth and creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Kosher salt
