No Churn Salted Caramel Toffee Bit Ice Cream Recipe

Creamy vanilla no-churn ice cream swirled with salted caramel and toffee bits! A great recipe to use without an ice cream machine.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
  • 1 cup toffee bits

Instructions

  • Combine whipping cream & sweetened condensed milk in mixer bowl
  • Beat on medium-high speed for about 5 minutes, until light and creamy
  • Stir in toffee bits, then slightly stir in coarse salt.
  • Pour into freezer safe container, then pour caramel sauce over the top
  • Drag the caramel sauce through the mixture to swirl throughout
  • Cover & freeze 6-8 hours, preferably overnight
