- 2 cups sparkling water
- 1 cup vodka
- 1 cup green tea, chilled
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger
- 1/3-1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp grated peeled fresh ginger
- 2-3 fresh mint leaves
- crushed ice
- lime slices and fresh mint leaves for garnish
Muddle green tea, lime juice, grated ginger and mint leaves in a wide mouth jar.
Pour into a pitcher, add the vodka and sparkling water and stir. (you can add ice to the pitcher but we didn't want it to water down)
Fill copper mugs or glasses with crushed ice, pour the cocktail over ice and serve with a garnish of one lime slice and a sprig of fresh mint.
