Basmati Rice Risotto Recipe

- 10.5 oz can beef consomme
- 10.75 oz can french onion soup
- 4 oz can sliced mushrooms
- 1 1/3 cup basmati rice
- 1/2 cup butter, melted (1 stick)
- 2 - 4 Tablespoons of freshly grated parmesan cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Place the stick of butter in a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish and put in the oven to melt.
Once the butter is melted, combine the beef consomme, french onion soup, sliced mushrooms and basmati rice in the casserole dish.
Cover and bake for one hour.
Fluff lightly with a fork and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
