Quick And Easy Spicy Garlic Noodles

Ingredients

  • 5 cloves Garlic fresh, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger fresh, diced fine
  • 3 Green onions sliced on a bias
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 12 oz Stir fry noodles cooked
  • 1 tbsp Gochugaru
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce

Instructions

  • Put a large skillet over medium-low heat. When the pan has heated, add the sesame oil.
    2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • Add the garlic and ginger to the pan and saute over medium-low heat for three minutes.
    5 cloves Garlic, 1 tbsp Ginger
  • Add the gochugaru to the pan and mix well to combine. Saute for one minute.
    1 tbsp Gochugaru
  • Add the oyster sauce to the pan and saute for one minute.
    1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • Add the noodles to the skillet, then add the soy sauce.
    12 oz Stir fry noodles, 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • Increase the heat to medium and saute for three minutes.
  • Add the green onion to the skillet and saute for one minute.
    3 Green onions
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Storage and Reheating
This dish stores well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat, adding a splash of water or broth to moisten the noodles.
