Put a large skillet over medium-low heat. When the pan has heated, add the sesame oil.
2 tbsp Sesame oil
Add the garlic and ginger to the pan and saute over medium-low heat for three minutes.
5 cloves Garlic, 1 tbsp Ginger
Add the gochugaru to the pan and mix well to combine. Saute for one minute.
1 tbsp Gochugaru
Add the oyster sauce to the pan and saute for one minute.
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
Add the noodles to the skillet, then add the soy sauce.
12 oz Stir fry noodles, 2 tbsp Soy sauce
Increase the heat to medium and saute for three minutes.
Add the green onion to the skillet and saute for one minute.
3 Green onions
Serve and enjoy!
