Ingredients

  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 1 cup green tea, chilled
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger
  • 1/3-1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp grated peeled fresh ginger
  • 2-3 fresh mint leaves
  • crushed ice
  • lime slices and fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Muddle green tea, lime juice, grated ginger and mint leaves in a wide mouth jar.
  • Pour into a pitcher, add the vodka and sparkling water and stir. (you can add ice to the pitcher but we didn't want it to water down)
  • Fill copper mugs or glasses with crushed ice, pour the cocktail over ice and serve with a garnish of one lime slice and a sprig of fresh mint.
