Ingredients

watermelon, seeded chopped
½
lime, juiced
4
mint leaves
ice

ounce
rum
(or more)
club soda
Instructions
In a blender, process watermelon until liquefied.
In the glass you are using, muddle together the lime juice and mint leaves. Pour in watermelon. Fill the glass with ice, top with rum and club soda.
Garnish with mint leaves and watermelon wedge if desired.
Notes
If the watermelon is not very sweet you can add some simple syrup or agave nectar.
