Just throw the rinsed and drained black beans, salsa, garlic, lime juice, cumin, and salt into the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Make your own restaurant style salsa or use store-bought.
Add the cilantro and pulse a few times until combined.

- 2 15 oz. canned black beans, drained & rinsed
- 3/4 cup salsa, store-bought or homemade
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 3 teaspoons fresh lime juice

- 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
